The recipes of our Koningsveldt cheeses have been developed by the very best cheese makers. They have brought together the best features of the top segment of Gouda cheeses into a unique composition that deserves a royal name. The cows that provide the milk for our cheeses graze outside in the tender grass for at least 120 days a year, 6 hours a day. We call this milk meadow milk. After cheese preparation, the cheeses are naturally aged on traditional wooden boards.
